- Accurately calculated the costs of a large-scale data breach for a large healthcare company.
- Identified and quantified the MDM (mobile device management) policies, procedures, and tools needed for a government entity.
- Successfully created policies and procedures for secure SharePoint groups (IAM) on a private timeline within a large financial institution for a market
moving data migration and $70 million dollar business shut down and sale. - Co-drafted project guidebook, vetting process plan, repeatable process plan, and advanced excel formulas for $70 million dollar restructure and migration dealing with more than 40 offices in many states – used for executive decision making on which offices would be shut down and sold.
- Successfully advised a mid-sized hospital on their threat actor profile, planned method of attack, vulnerabilities, policies and procedure changes, and mitigations needed – catching critical errors which were immediately corrected.
- Red teamed a mid-sized hospital for physical, cyber, and process vulnerabilities exposing otherwise unknown vulnerabilities – validated quickly.
- Consulted with a large healthcare company on application dependency and prioritization analysis thus saving them $175 million dollars through effective decommission.
