James “Jim” Danburg: Jim is a highly experienced and sought-after information technology, infosec, and resiliency strategist. Sahar Ismail: Sahar has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Security Technologies from the University of Minnesota. She has strong experience in leadership, Healthcare, Education, Finance, Service Oriented Architecture, Project Management, and International Commerce.  She has been the leader of a multinational team, a team lead for a nationwide cloud solution, and a Manager of Enterprise Architecture for one of the largest online education providers. Michael Lester: Michael graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, had a decorated career in the U.S. Marine Corps as a pilot and then later as an IT and leadership instructor at the Naval Academy. Michael worked as a software developer, QA Manager, Director of Consulting, General Manager, VP of delivery, and is currently a Chief Information Security Officer for a custom software company. He is a 25-year IT veteran, a member of MENSA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History, a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialty in Digital Design and Computer Architecture, an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership Development, and is a Certified Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).  Michael is a father and grandfather.  He is the Chairman and Co-Founder of LegacyArmour.
